We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Attorney to partner with our team at Larson Maddox on a multi-hire campaign. The organization offers affordable insurance coverage to their community and patients, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and individual plans.

This role offers the opportunity to provide critical legal counsel, identify and research legal issues, assess risks, and draft and review essential documents. You will offer hands-on legal guidance to executives and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate Vendor Contracts, Employment Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Motor Vehicle Agreements, and Contractor Agreements.
  • Advise on compliance related to corporate matters.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an Accredited University
  • Active Membership to the Ohio bar
  • 5+ years of experience in the above responsibilities at either a law firm or in-house or a combination of both
  • Able to commute to an office based in Cleveland on a weekly basis
