The Career Development Productivity Coach works collaboratively as part of the Keller Williams Realty Integrity Edina leadership team to drive business growth and productivity.

The primary responsibility of the Career Development Productivity Coach is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping real estate agents to ultimately achieve capping status as efficiently as possible. The Career Development Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the company's training programs, including Ignite and BOLD, and other relevant training initiatives. They will identify potential candidates for coaching, consult with those agents to help discover their business goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions.

The Career Development Productivity Coach tracks their results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase productivity of non-capping real estate agents to capping agents
  • Ensure at least 20% of PC Program participants are in production each month
  • Make calls to all leads generated by the company and continue to follow up with those leads
  • Hold a minimum of 12 recruiting appointments a month
  • Recruit 3 agents each month (new or in production)
  • Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production as quickly as possible
  • Coach and train agents on the business activities that will lead them to meet their goals
  • Coach and train on the business systems, models, and technology provided by Keller Williams
  • Track results and share them with the leadership team
  • Attend all leadership meetings and training
  • Actively participate as a leader in the company
  • Teach classes that effectively help new agents get into high-level production
