Lake Granbury Medical Center, a 73-bed community healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its Women's Services team as a Perinatal Care Specialist with expertise in lactation management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN with strong clinical skills to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Perinatal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting expectant and new parents in their journey towards optimal health outcomes.

About the Role:

This full-time position requires a licensed Registered Nurse (TX RN license) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and certification as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). You will be responsible for providing lactation management services, conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a perinatal or lactation setting
  • TX RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • IBCLC certification
  • NRP, BLS, ACLS certifications required within 6 months of employment
