About the Position:

  • This role involves working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • As a Nursing Assistant Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Participating in recreation programs and engaging with residents to promote socialization and well-being.
  • Collaborating with the Charge Nurse to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.

Requirements:

  • A valid CNA certification in good standing with the state or completion of state-required training and competency evaluation within four months of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations.
