Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting with the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of respiratory therapy principles and be able to collect and analyze sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases. You will work closely with our medical team to develop treatment plans and provide compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Measure lung capacity and assess lung function
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with respiratory disorders
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • Texas Respiratory Therapy License in good standing
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
  • NRP certification within 6 months of hire
