About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate at Massage Envy, you will be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on our services and products, and encouraging them to take advantage of our wellness programs.
  • Driving member retention through proactive outreach and communication with our clients.
  • Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and manage client data.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
