We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team at VIP Distributing Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our dealership customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Train and coach dealership personnel on GM Accessory products and related programs
  • Ensure effective use of time, materials, and assets provided by the ADI and General Motors
  • Prioritize and communicate regular updates to dealership personnel on current promotions, new products, and process changes
  • Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to address and resolve customer service issues
  • Seek opportunities to fill downtime by completing administrative tasks and other duties that advance sales of Accessories
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with dealership staff to enhance customer service and sales
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and take effective action to resolve any issues that occur
Requirements
  • Understanding of inventory control management in an automated environment
  • Knowledge of marketing, business management, sales, and leadership principles
  • Familiarity with financial processes and terminology, as well as general car business acronyms
  • Excellent communication and typing skills, with the ability to use various communication channels
