Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing policy change requests, reviewing insured renewals, and maintaining knowledge of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customers over the phone.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct insurance reviews with clients at time of renewal.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required within one month of hire date.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
