Work Environment

This position primarily operates within the administrative office of a residential community, with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, subject to the local climate.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include the ability to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the capacity to follow both written and verbal instructions are essential.

Position Type and Work Hours

Workdays and hours will be determined by the property’s needs, with potential adjustments to accommodate business requirements.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey detailed information effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for fostering a vibrant and safe community atmosphere.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse population.
