At BM Conect, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team. Our company has been a leading provider of marketing, sales, and advertising services in the Fort Myers area for years, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative marketing solutions to our clients.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating and interacting directly with clients and customers
  • Conceptualizing and leading promotional sales campaigns, working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager
  • Identifying specific target markets to help promote our clients' products and services
  • Coordinating and presenting territory research to the rest of the Marketing Team
  • Developing and showcasing leadership skills throughout the entry-level program
  • Building brand awareness and recognition through the implementation of individualized marketing and sales campaigns
  • Supporting every angle of marketing with a customer-first approach to drive sales growth and brand loyalty
  • Delivering results to our clientele daily and meeting all objectives and sales goals
  • Assisting our Senior Marketing Manager with any other designated projects

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree or 4-year degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric industry
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High motivation and a team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Versatility and dependability
  • A friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
