Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director, Life Sciences

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our Life Sciences team at Lionbridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the life sciences industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to inform sales strategy and planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales within the life sciences industry, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
