Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Guarantee the precise and prompt documentation of financial transactions.
- Achieve a timely month-end closing process.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Deliver financial performance presentations to management, emphasizing critical insights and trends.
- Collaborate with corporate treasury to oversee cash flow, ensuring operational liquidity.
- Coordinate audit processes with both internal and external auditors.
- Offer financial insights and support to management for informed decision-making.
- Foster teamwork by engaging with colleagues to enhance overall performance standards through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Educational Background/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing context.
Analytical Skills:
The ability to resolve practical issues and navigate various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization is essential. Candidates should be able to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
Technical Proficiency:
Successful candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with NetSuite.
