Company Overview: Congressional Federal, a reputable financial institution, is seeking a skilled Branch Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members.

Job Summary: As a Branch Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling routine and moderately complex member transactions, providing accurate information, and maintaining member records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Accurately post transactions to member accounts and maintain records
  • Cross-sell credit union services and refer members to relevant business partners
  • Meet or exceed referral goals and balance cash drawers at close of business
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two to five years of similar or related experience. A high school degree or equivalent is required, as well as proficiency in ten-key calculators and computer keyboards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
