**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Systems Manager to lead our ERP implementation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and drive financial systems transformation.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement financial system solutions, prioritizing user needs and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop action plans to enhance financial data management and reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, driving change management and training strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading business teams, conducting detailed assessments of financial data/systems, and implementing solutions.
  • Knowledge of public sector accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting concepts, principles, and laws.
  • Prior experience using and supporting Oracle-based solutions platforms, including Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS, is required. Experience with EPM or Hyperion is highly desirable.
