Job Summary:

IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of nursing professionals. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute care facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities, adhering to care plans and protocols.
  • Check vital signs, report concerns to supervising staff, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
