Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with prior providers to confirm data gathering and transmission needs
  • Collaborate with Client Onboarding Managers and other team members to ensure accurate transition of data and funds
  • Review and analyze prior plan information and data to ensure accuracy
  • Use expert Excel skills to reformat data, upload, and build new accounts into all systems
  • Prepare for receipt of funds to ensure accurate deposit of transfer assets
  • Identify and resolve any issues with prior data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of work experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with all job levels
