The ideal candidate will demonstrate quick adaptability, sound judgment, and exceptional customer service abilities. Responsibilities include managing patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance details, scheduling appointments, and various administrative tasks within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a range of clinical and patient care tasks for healthcare providers.
- Verify patients' medical insurance coverage.
- Collect co-payments for medical visits prior to treatment.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients via phone or during check-out.
- Handle clinical inquiries from patients and direct them to the appropriate provider.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Manage communications between patients and providers.
- Oversee medication refill requests for providers.
Additional Information:

Qualifications:
