Job Description

The Administrative Associate will report directly to the Directors of Operations and Programs and Planning, working closely with them to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as technical proficiency in relevant software systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize property management, maintenance, and work order management systems for tasks as needed.
  • Correspond with vendors, contractors, and tenants on behalf of Directors as required.
  • Act as liaison between Directors of Operations and Programs and Planning and other staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative assistance.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, with strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
Salary

$62,000 - $72,000 per annum, based on experience.
