We are seeking a skilled Radiology Interventional Technologist to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Participate in the growth and development of the Diagnostic Imaging department, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Two years of community college or vocational training in a certified radiological technologist training program, or equivalent education/experience.
- Current Washington Radiologic Technologist license.
- Current National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current National Provider Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of previous experience in special procedures and/or cardiac catheterization, with responsibilities for assisting on angiographic and other high-risk procedures.
- Healthcare-related Bachelor's Degree.
- ARRT Credentials in Vascular Interventional Radiography.
