Job Summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled Radiology Interventional Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the Interventional Radiology department, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve desired outcomes and provide exceptional patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiologic technologies and procedures, maintaining a high level of expertise.
Requirements
  • Two years of community college or vocational training in a certified radiologic technologist training program, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Current Washington Radiologic Technologist license and National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in special procedures and/or cardiac catheterization, with a focus on assisting with high-risk procedures.
  • Healthcare-related Bachelor's degree.
  • ARRT credentials in Vascular Interventional Radiography.
