Job Summary

Providence is seeking a skilled Radiology Interventional Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and assisting with Interventional Radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Interventional Radiology procedures, working with various physician types, including Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Neurosurgeons.
  • Provide quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the Diagnostic Imaging department, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Two years of community college or vocational training in a certified radiological technologist training program, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in special procedures and cardiac catheterization, with a focus on assisting with Angiographic and high-risk procedures.
  • Healthcare-related Bachelor's Degree.
  • ARRT Credentials in Vascular Interventional Radiography.
