Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and trash removal to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Adhere to a schedule to clean assigned areas, including resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Supply Management: Report supply and equipment needs to the supervisor and restock/replenish supplies as necessary to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work effectively with maintenance staff to report any necessary repairs and ensure effective communication with residents' families regarding their care and well-being.
  • Conflict Resolution: Engage in conflict intervention and resolution as needed to maintain a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR or BLS certificate preferred.
