Job Summary

At iSi Environmental, we are seeking a highly skilled EHS Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise on environmental, health, and safety compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support on environmental, health, and safety compliance projects, including sampling, permitting, auditing, reporting, plan development, inspections, and training.
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure clients are in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare written compliance-related reports and documents, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
  • File reports with state and federal agencies as required.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and provide training to clients as needed.
  • Provide customer service to clients and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in project management activities, including cost and budget estimation, planning, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the emergency response team to ensure prompt and effective response to emergencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in EHS regulatory compliance, preferably in a consulting or industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
