Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, problem-solving, and performing root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies and financial adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of internal department and external operational SOPs and best practices
  • Ensure operational members are accurately following SOPs
  • Perform thorough audits and document investigation methods and issues affecting inventory
  • Communicate recommendations and engage management in the escalation of items needing immediate attention
  • Analyze and report systemic and operational issues to prevent situations that could result in the loss of company assets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Analyst, Inspection, Inventory Control, or related distribution center/retail experience
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and sortation system (Dematic) preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBi a plus
  • Ability to travel to multiple facilities across multiple shifts as needed
