Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with colleagues to provide an excellent sales and service experience.
  • Fitting customers with equipment and sporting goods, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance.
  • Take personal accountability for operational procedures and expectations, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Meet personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, driving business growth and success.
  • Build professional relationships with every customer and potential customer by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with products, industry trends, and expertise, sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, productive, and passionate work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and support business operations.
  • Work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales and service targets.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of retail experience, with a passion for sports and sporting goods.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
  • Disciplined and focused on results, with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to initiate tasks and activities without supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs and support business operations.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools efficiently.
