Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include the ability to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the capacity to follow written and verbal instructions are essential.

Work Schedule:
Work hours will be determined by property needs and may vary to accommodate business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey detailed information effectively.
