We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and direct the overall operations of the community, working closely with department heads to ensure resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations, and operate within established budgetary guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Meet personally with community residents and families to discuss and/or resolve customer concerns/comments/preferences.
  • Sales and Marketing: Act as a sales leader in the community, reviewing sales strategies with the marketing team, and providing community tours and building rapport with current and prospective residents daily.
  • Property Maintenance: Maintain the property to our highest standards, including ensuring available rooms are move-in ready by addressing issues head on.
