Administrative Coordinator

ConocoPhillips is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and analyzing basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, preparing charts, graphs, or tables as necessary, and receiving and responding to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.

- Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
- Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- Typically work on generalized routine assignments that do not require a broad knowledge of the corporate organization.
- Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience.
- Provide more technical support than administrative support.
- Typically viewed as a technical/functional specialist in discipline.
- Ability to apply extensive knowledge and experience to a wide variety of situations.
- Recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Perform major accountabilities.
- Typically act as a lead in the technical/functional area, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.
