This role offers a unique chance to apply your skills and experience to the development and production of our Merlin thrust chamber, a critical component in our spacecraft. You'll work closely with our design and production teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production processes, and contribute to the success of our mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or welding engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.

Salary Estimate: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
