Role Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders, offering recommendations as needed
  • Efficiently serve food and drinks to guests
  • Adhere to all regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge to assist guests with inquiries and special requests
  • Record orders and transactions promptly in the POS system
  • Ensure the quality of all products served
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance guest experience
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal
  • Present checks and manage payment transactions
  • Complete assigned opening and closing tasks for each shift
  • Assist team members with table setup and clearing as needed
  • Report tips in accordance with IRS guidelines
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following established procedures

Qualifications:
