Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome challenges and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
  • Deliver services in various settings, including the participant's home, community settings, or our office.
  • Accurately document services and communicate participant progress to supervisors and team members.
  • Supervise Qualified Mental Health Professional staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Virginia Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services regulations, and other relevant state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Virginia Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPC-Resident, LCSE-Supervisee, LMFT-Resident).
