Job Description

We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg unit 3 West. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced setting and be able to demonstrate positive and appropriate interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Performs and documents assessment of the patient/family, including biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, culture, spiritual, and environmental needs.
  • Analyzes situations, anticipates potential problems, and detects changes in patient status.
  • Re-prioritizes and updates plan of care based on new information and changes to the patient's condition.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or an associate's degree, technical diploma, or current enrollment in a nursing bridge program.
  • Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact and BLS certification with American Heart Association.
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
