Customer Service Warranty Coordinator

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in SAP data entry and Microsoft Office. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year based on location.

Key Responsibilities- Receive and manage customer complaint requests
- Enter data into SAP and maintain accurate records
- Provide regular updates to customers on repair status
- Support Project Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Action coordination planning
- 2+ years administrative or data entry background
- Manufacturing background
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
