Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our LensCrafters stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers in selecting the perfect eyewear, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accurate results.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Embody our company values by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
