Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operational workflow of clinical office personnel.
- Assists with human resources functions.
- Performs duties associated with Clinical Office Assistant roles.
- Acts as a resource for departmental staff and medical professionals.
- Manages the procurement of supplies and the maintenance of equipment.
- Addresses customer inquiries and resolves complaints.
- Plans and executes additional projects or generates reports.
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes relevant data.
Required Licensure, Registration, and Certification: None required.
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements: Generally requires five years of experience in secretarial or clerical support roles.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
