  • Deliver consistent updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Encourage effective communication and resolution of issues to tackle project obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, particularly in customer service operations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect or comparable customer service platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
