Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
- Comply with all underwriting, rating, and regulatory standards.
- Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
- Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
- Develop strong connections with clients to ensure high retention rates and product loyalty.
- Present and clarify insurance policy options based on the needs and goals of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- A valid Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
- Previous Sales Experience is required.
- A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
