Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
  • Comply with all underwriting, rating, and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop strong connections with clients to ensure high retention rates and product loyalty.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on the needs and goals of prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • A valid Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Previous Sales Experience is required.
  • A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
