Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at BankWest. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating, defining, and developing standardized financial and management reporting for our bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with users across the organization to understand and translate complex business information needs.
  • Develop and implement standardized financial and management reporting resources under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Organize and manage a catalogue of standardized and custom reports, delivering them to business units and the organization as a whole.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on available catalogue reports for assigned systems and work with business managers to define necessary custom reporting and information needs.
  • Manage changes in standard library reports as needed and work with senior leadership to define, develop, and produce standard reporting packages.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or applicable experience and/or related certifications in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years' increasingly responsible experience in financial institution management, with a good working knowledge of all bank departments and bank operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
