Job Description

PennState Health seeks a dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team in Enola, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support services.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to work as a Nursing Associate Float Resource.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the basic patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
  • This role may involve working at multiple locations within PennState Health, including Holy Spirit Medical Center and Hampden Medical Center.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • BLS certification is mandatory prior to orientation completion, obtainable through Penn State Health or American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hospital personnel and patient populations.
  • Able to prioritize duties and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates empathy towards patient needs and consistently displays integrity, positivity, and respect for others.
