Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician will deliver direct services and assistance utilizing evidence-based methodologies in the field of IDD. This position also entails contributing to the professional development of staff, fostering team excellence, and nurturing positive relationships within the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the implementation of Practical Functional Assessment for behavioral evaluations.
  • Conducting routine checks for treatment fidelity in student programming.
  • Applying behavioral data systems for the assessment of behavior intervention plans.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to the individuals served by Upstate Cerebral Palsy.
  • Spending a minimum of 75% of the workday in direct interaction with clients receiving services.
  • Ensuring adherence to governmental and agency regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Board Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is required.
  • Travel is necessary, and a valid New York State Driver's License is essential.
