Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader

Join Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense as a Continuous Improvement Leader and drive process excellence across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that enhance our operational efficiency, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Lean tools and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
  • Facilitate training and development for Business Unit Leadership Team and key individuals.
  • Coach and mentor Operations Managers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Support the training and education of manufacturing and other functional teams in the application of EBOS tools.
  • Identify and drive cross-functional and cross-cultural improvement opportunities.
  • Provide proactive support and facilitation with leadership in the development of strategy deployment plans, operational Key Process Indicators, and effective root cause countermeasures.
  • Incorporate EBOS culture in all business growth and execution activities.
  • Understand data and results to develop business cases for change and measure process improvement performance against targets.
  • Establish appropriate infrastructure and related processes for documenting and validating improvements.
  • Provide Kaizen-related training and contribute to training material contents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in an Operations role preferred.
  • Experience in sales and marketing or commercial role would benefit this role.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean tools preferred.
