Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be entrusted with:
  • Comprehensive management of on-site construction activities, directing a team of project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading preconstruction efforts, including bid package assembly, pre-bid meetings, and contract administration.
  • Overseeing project schedules to guarantee timely completion, while adhering to our rigorous scheduling policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings through value engineering and maintaining accurate project budgets.
  • Negotiating and resolving disputes with stakeholders, including owners and subcontractors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships to secure substantial annual project work.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A strong passion for leadership and team development, coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in vertical commercial construction, particularly with projects valued at or above $100 million.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring financial and schedule success.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in the construction field.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and technologies.

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
  • Operate office equipment and navigate construction sites in various weather conditions.
  • Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
