About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Expert/Sales Associate at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales managers to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Direct clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages, features.
  • Prepare and present demo vehicles so the latest technology is enabled and ready for display.
  • Explain product performance and benefits.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Handle all incoming requests with a customer service mindset, building rapport as well.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager on pricing tiers associated with different model and their respective technology options.
  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealership.
Requirements
  • Compensation is salary base + bonus.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Prepared to be a sponge with Sales Managers.
  • Eager to learn about the automotive industry.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality.
  • Have quality customer service skills.
