POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Site Manager is tasked with overseeing the effective and consistent management of residential building projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple simultaneous on-site endeavors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee Project Operations and Communication
  • Support the Project Manager in orchestrating various concurrent on-site construction initiatives within a specified client base, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Direct and coordinate all activities at construction sites in accordance with project plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and safety standards.
  • Engage with internal and external partners, including HouseSmart Construction trades, subcontractors, utility companies, and regulatory inspectors, to facilitate a comprehensive project management approach.
  • Plan and synchronize work with resources, including HouseSmart personnel and subcontractors, to guarantee timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Monitor daily construction progress, conducting final assessments to confirm work quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Document, Strategize, and Communicate Findings
  • Manage project risks and challenges by fostering communication with the Project Manager and stakeholders, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Complete SiteDocs field reports during significant project milestones, maintaining precise records of project activities and submitting reports for evaluation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and the sales team, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
