Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Uphold safety as a core value by executing all tasks in a secure manner, actively engaging in safety initiatives.
- Oversee both on-site and off-site inventory, including raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Create daily production schedules using SAP to optimize finished goods flow.
- Manage trailer inventory to meet daily targets at both the facility and external storage locations.
- Utilize Trailer Management systems to coordinate transportation logistics for various material types.
- Monitor production rates through PIMS to adjust orders as necessary.
- Schedule customer order loading and stock transfers using SAP Outbound Shipping Monitor.
- Guide third-party contractors in their daily operations, addressing any safety concerns that may arise.
- Familiarize yourself with all material handling processes and instruct contractors on internal controls and loading protocols.
- Supervise the driver check-in process.
- Ensure timely entry of incoming materials into SAP.
- Prioritize the unloading of critical materials to minimize trailer wait times.
- Adhere to after-hours receiving protocols for inventory.
- Support the facility during off-hours to facilitate material or parts delivery.
- Use PIMS to track production and adjust carrier pickup times as required.
- Generate load availability reports to ensure efficient loading operations.
- Coordinate the loading of specific parent rolls to align with production schedules.
- Communicate any shipping challenges to Central Transportation.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work alongside other Administrators, Technicians, and operational teams.
- Lead project teams and engage with all mill departments.
- Participate in the Loudon Mill High-Performance Work System.
- Contribute to additional Material Flow functions as needed.

In this manufacturing role, your focus will be on achieving success for consumers and the market while prioritizing safety and respect. To excel in this position, you will need the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong math abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Focused on continuous improvement with a proactive approach to enhancing processes.
- Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related systems.
- Current Kimberly-Clark employees must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan or have active attendance violations.
