In this capacity, you will play a vital role in optimizing our customer service operations to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold safety as a core value by executing all tasks with a focus on safety.
  • Support the well-being of all team members by engaging in safety initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of both on-site and off-site materials, including tracking and reporting.
  • Generate daily plans for finished goods utilizing SAP.
  • Review and manage the trailer pool to meet daily targets.
  • Utilize Trailer Management for coordinating transportation activities.
  • Monitor production rates through PIMS to adjust orders as necessary.
  • Schedule customer order loading and stock transfers using SAP Outbound Shipping Monitor.
  • Guide third-party contractors in their daily operations, addressing any safety concerns.
  • Ensure timely receipt of all incoming materials in SAP.
  • Facilitate unloading processes to minimize trailer detention.
  • Support off-shift operations to ensure timely material flow.
  • Adjust pickup times with carriers based on production monitoring.
  • Coordinate loading schedules to align with production requirements.
  • Communicate shipping challenges with Central Transportation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Engage with various teams across the mill to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the High-Performance Work System initiatives.

Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 am - 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:00 am).

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Exhibit basic computer skills and a mechanical aptitude.
