Department Overview

Our Technology teams are dedicated to challenging conventional methods and reimagining capabilities across various sectors. Through research, development, and technological innovation, our personnel play crucial roles in linking consumers with the future's products and platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee CI and CD tools and processes across multiple business divisions
  • Enhance automation throughout all phases of software development, deployment, operations, and maintenance
  • Engage in discussions with diverse teams to generate innovative ideas and enhance development delivery
  • Investigate open-source technologies to address automation challenges
  • Offer technical mentorship and educate Development teams on CI/CD, automation toolsets, and methodologies
  • Manage DevOps functions and responsibilities for the APIGEE platform
  • Support and improve existing tools, platforms, and processes, including Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, and Bash scripting

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps culture, including GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Helm
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Spring, Java, Go, PHP, and Python
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting
  • Working knowledge of AWS
  • Experience with infrastructure and configuration as code solutions, including Terraform, Ansible, or Cloudinit
  • Highly motivated, diligent, and hardworking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with all management levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Solid software development skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Capable of maintaining composure and focus under pressure

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $110,100.00 - $140,000.00 per year

The base salary range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies, and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates will need to successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
