Customer Engagement Supervisor

A Customer Engagement Supervisor at Victoria's Secret & Co is a leader grounded in values who fosters outstanding experiences for both customers and associates, ultimately driving and enhancing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Engagement Supervisor is chiefly accountable for boosting sales by actively selling, guiding, and mentoring associates on the sales floor, while providing real-time coaching.
This position is expected to function as a front-line supervisor, responsible for delegating tasks and offering direction to non-supervisory staff.
All Store Leadership Team duties encompass:
Exemplifying and promoting company values within the store.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences as the Customer Sales lead through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal sales efforts.
Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of all associate roles and ensuring collaboration for the benefit of the team and customers.
Independently managing labor hours within the store to enhance sales and profitability.
Overseeing the overall presentation and appearance of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure effective communication and execution of brand initiatives.
Demonstrating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities may include: Floorset mapping and execution, product launch assistance, onboarding, and shipment processing.
Compensation:
Minimum Salary: $16.75
Maximum Salary: $21.25
Victoria's Secret & Co provides a salary range for this role.
Your actual compensation will be determined by various relevant factors, including your specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
Qualifications:
Passion for the Victoria's Secret brand.
Demonstrates exceptional merchandising abilities.
Experience in analyzing business reports and insights, taking immediate and deliberate actions to achieve results.
A strong sense of self-awareness with a willingness to seek feedback for personal growth.
Ability to monitor and track progress, incorporating feedback into decision-making.
Experience in influencing cross-functional partners in both informal and formal settings to achieve objectives.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varied schedules.
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
Proficiency in using technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
1 year of retail experience preferred.
Experience in directing others in their job responsibilities preferred.
