Requirements

  • Financial Knowledge: Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and respond flexibly to new challenges.
