Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at MOST/DFW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Speech, Physical, and ABA therapists to provide comprehensive therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role:

  • Provide occupational therapy services in a clinic setting, working with clients aged 3-12 years old.
  • Collaborate with co-treating therapists to develop innovative therapy programs that enhance performance and improve quality of life.
  • Track and record client progress, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in reports and meetings to discuss client progress and goals.
  • Educate families to promote generalization of skills and carryover.

Requirements:

  • COTA License to practice in the State of Texas.
  • Minimum 1-year occupational therapy experience.
  • Minimum 1-year experience with pediatrics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Sensory Processing Disorder preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team of allied health professionals.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 working hours per week, on a 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day schedule.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Laptop or tablet to document via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
